Foundry Patterns

Used materials:

Wood, plate material, wooden-plastic material, epoxy resin, aluminum alloys, plastics, metals and styrofoam.

Production of patterns is based on processing of water resistant plywood plates, wooden-plastics and epoxy-resin.

This process is securing with complex parts to get the correct wall thicknesses even in places, where there is no effective possibility of NDT checking.

Duplicate production of existing patterns may be done with us on the basis of existing patterns and core-boxes. Even in cases, where no documentation for existing pattern exists. This process is used as well, when a new pattern should be produced, but the previous version should be kept as well.

CNC Center:

Pattern production is made on a CNC machine Scorpion. It is a three axis gantry CNC machine with a raster table and automatic tool changer.

The CNC machine has a modern steering system, who is capable to work with common programs, we prefer the Solid Works.

Also in 2016 we are installing a new five-axis CNC machine to further develop our capabilities.
